Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

Meadow Muse Co currently ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $6.99. Free on all orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping (2 business days): $12.99.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99. Available for select locations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method. Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be clearly displayed before checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and navigating to Order History. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. For lost packages, please allow 5 business days past the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Return Shipping Address

All returns must be sent to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Please do not send returns to our Austin facility. Use the prepaid return label provided through your account, or contact support for return instructions.
