Return Policy

1. Return Window

We want you to love every Meadow Muse Co product you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within the following timeframes:

  • Unopened products: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Opened products: 14 days from the date of delivery, provided you are unsatisfied with product performance. Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
  • Include all original accessories, instructions, and components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Not be marked "Final Sale," "Non-Returnable," or be a gift card.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your Meadow Muse Co account and navigate to Order History.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click "Request Return" and select the item(s) and reason for return.
  4. Print the prepaid return label emailed to you (deducted from your refund for orders under $50, or free for orders over $50).
  5. Pack the item(s) securely and attach the return label.
  6. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

If you checked out as a guest, email support@meadowmuseco.co with your order number and reason for return.

4. Return Shipping Address

Please do not send returns to our Austin facility. Returns sent to the wrong address may be rejected or delayed.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to post.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or defective item).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different variant or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and store credit.
  • Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
  • Products that have been altered, damaged, or used beyond reasonable testing.
