Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Meadow Muse Co, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and cancellations under the terms outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made directly through our website.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, log into your account, navigate to Order History, and select "Request Cancellation" if the option is available. If the order has already been processed, you will need to initiate a return after delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
  • You return opened products within 14 days if you are unsatisfied with performance. Opened products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice.

Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to Order History.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the prompts.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  5. Ship the return to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131.

If you checked out as a guest, contact our support team at support@meadowmuseco.co with your order number.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and store credit.
  • Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Items purchased through unauthorized resellers.
  • Products that have been intentionally damaged or altered.
